“AVISO DE SEGURIDAD: La información recibida o enviada, por este medio electrónico o informático y adjuntos, es documentación pública y/o privada, con equivalencia funcional y/o valor equivalente (art.3, art.4 y art.8 Ley N° 8454), puede contener o inferir datos personales o información no divulgada, protegidos por el derecho a la autodeterminación informativa (Ley N°8968 y la normativa internacional); o por la protección secretos comerciales (Ley N°79759). Su uso, acceso y tratamiento, está autorizado solo para su(s) destinario(s); en caso de error, dar aviso al emisor y proceder a su eliminación. La divulgación, distribución o copia de este mensaje está estrictamente prohibida y corre a cargo del receptor y/o emisor, el cumplir con medidas de seguridad y confidencialidad, para el adecuado tratamiento, acceso y resguardo de la misma. La inobservancia de este aviso podría dar lugar a la aplicación a las personas funcionarias, sanciones disciplinarias (art. 105 y 111 Reglamento Autónomo de Servicios); para personas particulares, correrá a su cargo las sanciones administrativas que determine la autoridad competente.
